I was born in Jamaica and moved to Nebraska at eight years old. Growing up, I struggled with my weight, confidence, and athletic ability. I was often judged for how I looked, but instead of accepting it, I pushed myself to change.

The weight room became my outlet, and eventually my passion.

SymmetryLabz wasn't built because I wanted to start a business. It was built from years of learning, training, competing, failing, and starting over. The lessons I learned through fitness helped me navigate some of life's hardest moments and ultimately shaped who I am today.
